Privacy

Short version: we only collect what we need to bring you a sauna, and we don't sell it to anyone.

What we collect when you book

Your name, mobile number, email, delivery address, your dates and package, any note or photo about where to park, and your typed signature on the rental agreement.

Why

To deliver the sauna, text you on the day, send your confirmation, and keep a record of the signed agreement.

Payments

You pay the $150 deposit through Stripe. We never see or store your card number. The balance is by Zelle, and the damage deposit is in cash or by Zelle.

Where it's kept

Your booking goes into our Google Calendar and our email. The website runs on Netlify. Each of these keeps data under its own privacy policy.

Visits to the site

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help people. It uses cookies, and it doesn't tell us who you are.

Who we share it with

Only the services above that run the booking (Stripe, Google, Netlify). We never sell your details or use them for anything else.

How long we keep it

Up to 7 years, for our business and tax records. Then we delete it.
