Sauna and cold plunge, in your own backyard
Hot, then cold, then hot again. It's the Nordic way, and it's the part people come back for.
How it works
Sit in the sauna for 5 to 15 minutes. Step out and into the ice plunge for as long as feels right; even 30 seconds counts. Rest. Go back in. Two or three rounds.
What you get
- A plunge tub, delivered filled with ice. Add water from your hose.
- $125 as an add-on to Standard or the Weekend. Included in Premium.
Before you plunge
Cold water is a shock to the body. Skip it if you have a heart condition or high blood pressure, get in slowly, and never plunge alone.
